Shelby Utterback's background in equestrian sports is evident from her time on the Western seat events team at Kentucky Christian University. Growing up in a small town in Eastern Kentucky, she earned her Associate's degree from Morehead State University. As a proud military wife, Shelby supports her husband, Willard, who serves in the United States Army and is stationed in Washington, where they currently reside. Working from home, Shelby is dedicated to assisting her clients with any inquiries they have. Since joining NERUS Strategies in July 2023, she has enjoyed engaging with small businesses, helping them showcase their offerings in their local communities through the "Best Of" contests. "It makes me proud of my role as an Outside Representative when a client shares how our contest has contributed to their business's growth," Shelby expressed.
